You engage us to offer shares in your Motorhome to our community of screened possible syndicate members.
You sell between one and five new shares in your Motorhome to people you have met and like at a price you all agree. The shares can be of different sizes.
You are paid in cash for the shares you sell, so you can use a substantial part of the value of your Motorhome for other investments.
We charge you 8% of the sale proceeds. No VAT, no listing fees, no hidden extras.
Each share in the syndicate bears its share of the running cost of your Motorhome, so your current running costs fall substantially, up to 87%.
One member of the new syndicate is the Registered Keeper (usually you but you can agree another member) and runs the budget and maintenance schedule.
You and the syndicate sign a Syndicate Agreement (we draft and tailor this with you at no extra cost). Each member receives a notarised certificate of ownership for their share.
You and the syndicate divide usage across the year among you in accordance with your agreed sharing system, and you enjoy your share as an owner just like now.
You can leave the syndicate by selling your share through SYMH or to other members.
